Our Adult ADHD Assessment Process

① Initial Clinical Interview

  • 60-minute telehealth session with a Clinical Psychologist

  • Explore your concerns, background history, strengths, and current challenges

  • Understand how attention, organisation, emotional regulation, and behaviour have shown up across study, work, and daily life

  • Clarify what you’re hoping to get from the assessment

This session sets the foundation for a thorough and accurate diagnosis.

② ADHD Testing

  • Evidence-based questionnaires assessing attention, focus, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and executive functioning

  • Completed by you, and where helpful, those who know you well (partner, family member, or work colleague)

  • Helps identify long-standing patterns vs situational stress

  • Provides a multi-informant picture of how ADHD symptoms may be impacting your life

These tools meet Australian clinical standards and are accepted by GPs, Psychiatrists, and other health professionals.

  • Provides personalised recommendations for work, study, wellbeing, and daily strategies

  • Can be sent directly to your GP or Psychiatrist to support medication review, referrals, and ongoing care
