Our Adult ADHD Assessment Process
① Initial Clinical Interview
60-minute telehealth session with a Clinical Psychologist
Explore your concerns, background history, strengths, and current challenges
Understand how attention, organisation, emotional regulation, and behaviour have shown up across study, work, and daily life
Clarify what you’re hoping to get from the assessment
This session sets the foundation for a thorough and accurate diagnosis.
② ADHD Testing
Evidence-based questionnaires assessing attention, focus, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and executive functioning
Completed by you, and where helpful, those who know you well (partner, family member, or work colleague)
Helps identify long-standing patterns vs situational stress
Provides a multi-informant picture of how ADHD symptoms may be impacting your life
These tools meet Australian clinical standards and are accepted by GPs, Psychiatrists, and other health professionals.
③ Comprehensive Report
Detailed report summarising assessment results, developmental history, clinical interview findings, and diagnostic conclusions
Includes a formal ADHD diagnosis (if criteria are met)
Provides personalised recommendations for work, study, wellbeing, and daily strategies
Can be sent directly to your GP or Psychiatrist to support medication review, referrals, and ongoing care
Reports are written to a professional standard suitable for health, education, and workplace documentation
④ Follow-up Session
60-minute telehealth session
Review your results, diagnosis, and symptom profile in clear, everyday language
Discuss tailored recommendations for:
Work and study productivity
Organisation and executive functioning
Emotional regulation
Sleep, lifestyle, and stress management
Next steps in treatment (e.g., therapy, medication pathways, workplace supports)
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss what ADHD means for your day-to-day life moving forward.

Our adult ADHD assessments are designed for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with attention, focus, organisation, emotional regulation, impulsivity, or restlessness.
You may relate to long-standing patterns such as:
Feeling easily distracted or overwhelmed
Chronic procrastination
Forgetfulness or losing track of tasks
Feeling “underperforming” despite high capability
Difficulty focusing in work meetings or study settings
Emotional reactivity or difficulty switching off
Burnout from constantly compensating
Whether you’ve suspected ADHD for years, recently come across it through social media or a friend, or you’re simply wanting clarity and direction, this assessment can help you understand what’s been happening, and what to do next.
