Daniel Holt.
Daniel is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with a strong focus on building meaningful therapeutic relationships. He brings an evidence-based approach to his work, aiming to understand each person’s unique background, strengths, and challenges.
Daniel has worked across diverse settings, including child protection services, headspace, and private practice, supporting young people and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. His clinical experience includes treating anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, self-harming behaviours, and emotional regulation difficulties.
At ADHD Insights, Daniel brings a particular passion for diagnostic clarity and neurodiversity-affirming assessment. He is deeply interested in the way ADHD presents across the lifespan and is committed to helping individuals better understand themselves through thorough, respectful, and accessible psychological assessment.
Daniel lives on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and enjoys balancing his clinical work with time in nature, exploring coastal walks, and spending time with his partner and close friends watching sport.
Andrew Speers.
Andrew is a warm and empathetic Clinical Psychologist who focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering goal-focused interventions that help clients overcome emotional difficulties and thrive. He uses an evidence-based approach that supports both immediate relief and long-term growth.
Andrew has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults across a range of mental health concerns, and has a particular passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including over a decade of volunteer counselling with the Gay and Lesbian Counselling Service (Q-Life).
At ADHD Insights, Andrew combines his expertise in cognitive, emotional, and academic assessment with a neurodiversity-affirming approach. He is skilled in administering a range of standardised tools, including the WISC, WAIS, WIAT, Conners-4, Autism Spectrum Rating Scale, NEALE Reading Test, and South Australian Spelling Test. Andrew values the role of thorough, individualised assessment in helping clients gain clarity, recognise their strengths, and access the right supports.
